Service Description: A compositing approach was adopted to measure gentrification at census track level. In specific, each Census track could have 21 observations of gentrify or not gentrify for the study time period, and the frequency of gentrification was summarized based on the annual classifications. Out of 2312 Census tracts, 1924 of them has not experienced gentrification from 2000 to 2020. The frequency of redevelopment was then calculated for other 388 Census tracts. 254 out of the 388 counties has experienced gentrification once, and other 134 counties have frequencies from 2 to 6.
